About Aranda’s
With roots in a family spice and specialty store in Chicago, founder Art Aranda brought his expertise in herbs and spices to a small Wisconsin town when he purchased a historic restaurant. There, he created a gourmet pickled mushroom recipe that quickly became a local favorite.
Over the next 40 years, the recipe’s reputation spread from restaurant kitchens to grocery shelves across the region — and today, Aranda’s Pickled Mushrooms are enjoyed by customers all over the country.
